My "AP" Ballot - Week 3
September 12, 2007 | By Benjamin Miraski
It's a little late, but here is my ballot for Week 3. There is no doubt in my mind at this point that LSU is the top team in the country, no matter what the people who won't drop the Trojans think.
Add in Oklahoma's crushing win against Miami (who should have looked that bad), and I have the Trojans all the way down at #3. It is too bad that no one else really showed what they were made of this week. Filling out this ballot has never been this difficult for me. Between the close games, and the upsets, I was at a loss for what to put into the Top 10, let alone the Top 25.
Feel free to disagree, but next time you complain, try ranking 25 teams so far this year given all of the results.
Here are my "AP" rankings for Week 3:
- LSU
- Oklahoma
- USC
- Florida
- West Virginia
- Louisville
- Texas
- Penn State
- Cal
- Wisconsin
- UCLA
- Rutgers
- Arkansas
- Virginia Tech
- Nebraska
- Georgia Tech
- Ohio State
- Oregon
- Hawaii
- Tennessee
- Texas A&M
- Clemson
- Washington
- Boston College
- South Florida
